Kickbase Divisions — FAQ

What is Kickbase Divisions? Kickbase Divisions is a season-long fantasy pyramid: a two-phase competitive format where managers qualify into a division, then battle for promotion or fight against relegation.

How do I sign up? Sign-up happens through our Instagram announcement and Discord. Comment "DIVISIONS" on the post to get the Discord link sent to you in a DM.

Phase 1: The Qualifiers

  • Starts August 1 (Gameweek 16)

  • 400 managers, 20 leagues, 20 managers per league, across 5 divisions

  • Your final standing in your qualifier league decides which division you start in for 2027 — Division 1 for the elite, Division 5 where the climb begins

  • A $2,000 prize pool is distributed among the leagues

What mode do qualifiers use? Classic Mode, Head to Head format:

  • Each qualifier league has 20 managers competing head-to-head

  • Every manager gets a randomly assigned squad of 15 players with a combined value of $100M, plus an additional $50M transfer budget

  • Players can be bought, sold, and traded on the open transfer market throughout the qualifiers

Phase 2: The Divisions Runs throughout the 2027 season across 5 divisions. Structure:

  • Division #1: one league, bottom 5 relegate

  • Division #2: one league, top 5 promote, bottom 5 relegate

  • Division #3: one league, top 5 promote, bottom 6 relegate

  • Division #4: three leagues, top 2 in each league promote, bottom 5 in each relegate

  • Division #5: three leagues, top 5 in each league promote
