If you’d like to permanently delete your Kickbase account, you can do so directly in the app. Please keep in mind that this action cannot be undone.
Delete Your Account
Open the Kickbase app and go to the Base tab
Tap the menu icon in the top left corner
Select Settings
Tap Your Account
Scroll down and choose Delete Account
Important
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data and cannot be reversed.
Subscriptions Are Not Canceled Automatically
If you have an active subscription, deleting your Kickbase account will not cancel it.
To avoid further charges, please cancel your subscription separately through:
the Apple App Store, or
the Google Play Store
