What should I do if I have an issue with my account or subscription?

If you’re experiencing problems with your Kickbase account or your subscription, don’t worry, most issues can be fixed quickly with a few simple steps.

1. Try these quick troubleshooting tips

Before reaching out, please try the following:

  • Reinstall the Kickbase app

  • Log out of your account and log back in

  • Reset your internet connection (Wi Fi or mobile data)

  • If you’re not connected to Wi Fi, make sure mobile data is enabled for the Kickbase app in your phone settings

These steps often resolve common login, loading, or subscription issues.
